Program Overview
The NexGEM program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders at Nexperia. This immersive Graduate Trainee Program offers a deep dive into the heart of semiconductor manufacturing. You will rotate through or focus on key functions - Operations, Sustaining & Central Engineering or Quality Assurance to build a holistic understanding of our world-class processes.
Key Responsibilities
As part of NexGEM, you will be empowered to:
- Learn & Master: Gain comprehensive knowledge of Nexperia's operational workflows, engineering standards, and quality management systems.
- Analyze & Innovate: Study existing processes, conceptualize improvements, and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate on Projects: Support senior engineers in executing experiments, technical projects, and real-world troubleshooting.
- Deliver Results: Conclude your program by presenting a comprehensive technical study on a chosen subject, complete with actionable solution recommendations.
- Professional Growth: Proactively develop your technical competencies and soft skills through hands-on fieldwork and mentorship.

Job Specifications
- Academic Excellence: A recognized Bachelor's Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.3 (or equivalent).
- Educational Background: Open to graduates from the following disciplines:
- Material Science / Metallurgical Engineering
- Physics / Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering (or related technical fields)
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior Internship experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment is a distinct advantage.
