Next Gen Talent Program

The Next Gen Talent Program is an entry-level development role designed to provide hands-on exposure to warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment. The trainee will participate in structured learning and rotational assignments to develop operational, analytical, and leadership skills while supporting daily warehouse activities and continuous improvement initiatives inclusive but not limited to:

• Participate in process improvement and operational excellence projects.
• Learn and apply warehouse management system (WMS) processes and operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve customer service.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum CGPA of 3.0
