About the role:
We are seeking a Night Shift Health Concierge Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will manage patient registrations, appointments, inquiries, assess situations, coordinate care, and manage logistics worldwide. They will be patients first point of contact and therefore an essential part of our team.
The Night Shift Health Concierge Officer is responsible for providing personalized support to patients, payors and healthcare providers. Key responsibilities may include:
- Patient Assistance: Guiding patients through their healthcare journey, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Coordination of Services: Collaborating with medical institutions /staff, coordinating appointments, and managing logistics for patient care.
- Communication: Maintaining clear communication with patients, families, healthcare providers and payors to facilitate care.
- Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the patient experience.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate records of interactions and patient feedback to improve services.
- Resource Management: Providing information about available resources, treatments, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking help with healthcare, travel, and medical inquiries, while identifying resolutions with our inter-office medical teams and global partners.
- Organize both routine and emergency medical care in close coordination with our medical concierge team, healthcare providers, and Heals medical director. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding case updates, manage operational reports, and ensure effective coordination with our clients.
About you
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service, call centres, hospitality, or healthcare
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantoneseis a MUST
- Experience in a similar customer service role, ideally in a medical setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
- Exceptional multitasking and organisational skills
- A resilient individual with a passion for helping others and a naturally empathetic approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think laterally.
- Adherence to policies and procedures, including data protection.
Working hours: 11:00PM - 8:00AM
Expected salary: RM4000
