We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Non-Executive, Project Monitoring (HSE) to support routine HSE monitoring at the project site. This role plays an important part in ensuring safe work environments, compliance with HSE procedures, and readiness during emergencies.
What You Will Do
- Conduct worksite inspections and correct unsafe acts/conditions
- Perform atmospheric tests for confined spaces and maintain accurate records
- Verify compliance through HSE checklists, tool/equipment inspections, and Marine Operation activities
- Check firefighting appliances, first-aid kits, signage, and evacuation routes to ensure emergency readiness
- Assist in incident reporting, drills, and emergency management
- Engage subcontractor safety teams to ensure planned HSE activities are properly executed
What You Bring
- Minimum tertiary education (SPM/STPM/Certificate)
- Minimum 2 years experience in plant operations, scheduled waste management, or related environments
- AESP / AGTES certification is an added advantage
- Strong teamwork, communication, and the ability to follow instructions
