Job Description:
- Acquire New Sellers: Source and onboard new sellers, including both social and corporate sellers.
- Maintain & Develop Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with existing sellers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Support Sellers: Assist sellers in resolving operational and commercial issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage Payments: Oversee and manage timely seller payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor ADO: Track and monitor the Average Deal Orders (ADO) for each seller, ensuring performance goals are met.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Study market trends and industry developments to identify new lead opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Experienced in Sales / Key Account positions
- Being able to communicate in English is a plus
- Have an experience in logistics, delivery service, or ecommerce is a plus
- Be able to work in fast-paced or performance-driven environment
