We're Hiring: North Asia Wealth Manager | International Bank | Kuala Lumpur

Are you currently a Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager looking for your next step up — with the opportunity to work with a growing portfolio of North Asia and Greater China clients

We are looking for a commercially driven Wealth Manager who can both manage relationships and build new business.

This role would be particularly suitable for an RM who has already built a strong foundation in wealth management and acquisition, and is now looking for greater client exposure, a broader portfolio and the next progression in their banking career.

What we're looking for:

• Currently an RM / Wealth Manager / Premier or Priority Banking RM

• Strong experience managing affluent / HNW clients

• Experience dealing with Greater China / North Asia clients is highly preferred

• Able to speak, read and write Mandarin professionally, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients

• Proven experience in client acquisition, prospecting and relationship development

• Comfortable with cold calling, networking and proactively acquiring new-to-bank clients

• Able to deepen and grow existing relationships through strong needs-based conversations

• Someone hungry for progression and ready for a bigger platform

Basic Salary: Up to RM15,000/month

Compensation will be calibrated based on the candidate's relevant North Asia / Greater China market experience, client portfolio, acquisition track record and overall seniority.

Candidates with strong transferable wealth-management experience but less direct North Asia exposure are also welcome to apply.
