NPI ENGINEER (ELECTRONICS COMPONENTS MANUFACTURING) - BASED IN JOHOR

Company Overview

Our Client Company is a well-established manufacturer specializing in electrical and electronics components manufacturing, the organization is hiring for NPI Engineer to coordinate in new products from development into production. The role involves collaborating across departments and contributing to process improvements that support successful product launches and manufacturing excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the transfer and implementation of new products from the development stage into mass production while meeting planned timelines.
• Analyze customer drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure manufacturability and efficient production processes.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including work instructions, modification records, and technical manuals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and successful project execution.
• Conduct product verification through testing, inspections, and data analysis to evaluate performance and quality.
• Prepare engineering reports and provide insights based on product performance trends and findings.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Possesses Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience as NPI Engineer in manufacturing industry; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Exposure in PCBA / Electronics industry would be added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication abilities to coordinate with various relevant departments.
