NPI Program Management Engineer/ Senior Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Support product/product NPI in feasibility, characterization and qualification.
• Manage to conduct DOE and optimization for evaluation study.
• Initiate/implement continuous improvement projects, process optimization and characterization for continual improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for scheduling and adjust timelines as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate to customer on the engineering build timeline and progress.
• Keep track and maintain on all engineering work details.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments to the schedule as necessary.
• Program Management of new products introduction.
• Drive yield, quality and productivity improvement program.
• Update and generate documentation for process-related changes.
• Drive process cost saving and simplification projects
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in electrical/ electronic/ mechanical/ mechatronics engineering or other related engineering courses.
• 6-8 years or above of work experience including 4-6 years manufacturing process expertise experience in a high paced environment.
• Required skill(s): NPI, technical program management, assembly process engineering, process improvement & etc.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage risks and priorities
