Role Description

This full-time on-site Nurse Manager Operating Theatre (OT) position is based in Subang Jaya. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations of the OT, manage and coordinate nursing staff, and ensure the highest standards of patient care are upheld. Responsibilities include maintaining critical care protocols, ensuring adherence to medical safety standards, providing guidance and training to staff, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to support excellent surgical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Nursing and Patient Care atleast >5years
• Experience in Nursing Management will be advantage
• Knowledge of Medicine with emphasis on surgical and orthopaedic procedures
• Ability to effectively lead and support nursing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on patient safety
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid operating license
• Post basic in OT field or surgical nursing.
