Job Description

Job Responsibility

Develop new product and compile competitor product analysis.
Manage product registration and regulation ensuring compliance to local requirements.
Execute product management in line with the sales and marketing strategy.
Deliver product training and create training materials for distributors.
Provide after sales service by establishing enquiry responding system.
Compile inspiring customer testimonials and frequent asked questions.
Develop engaging health-related content for platforms like Facebook, WeChat, and video presentations.
Represent the company at prestigious health seminars and exhibition events.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or Dietetics.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) environment.
Good Communication Skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
Clearly understand the product and nutrition knowledge.
Willing to work at Kota Damansara.
