Job Description
Position : IT On-site O&M Engineer (Server & Network)
Location: Malaysia
Experience: 3+ years
Job Summary:
Responsible for on-site maintenance and troubleshooting of physical servers, Linux systems, and network equipment in a data center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Server installation, maintenance, relocation, hardware replacement, and decommissioning.
- Linux configuration and troubleshooting.
- Network troubleshooting and maintenance of switches, routers, and firewalls.
- IT asset and inventory management.
- Coordinate with the NOC team to resolve network issues.
Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years of server maintenance experience.
- 3+ years of network equipment O&M experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Linux maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, H3C, or Huawei equipment.
- At least one mid-level networking certification.
- Basic knowledge of SXM GPU servers.
- Associate degree or above.
