Job Description

Our client is a growing international F&B brand looking for an experienced O2O / Delivery Operations Manager to lead and optimize its online-to-offline delivery ecosystem. This role focuses on managing delivery platform performance, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital and physical channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize F&B delivery operations across platforms such as Grab, ShopeeFood and Foodpanda.
  • Drive O2O strategy, integrating online ordering platforms with store operations to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor delivery performance, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and technology teams to enhance the customer delivery journey.
  • Improve processes and systems to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in O2O, food delivery operations, or marketplace operations.
  • Background from food delivery platforms (GrabFood, ShopeeFood, Foodpanda) or in-house delivery operations within F&B brands is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of delivery operations, marketplace management, and platform performance metrics.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, tech).
