Ocean Bulk Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Ocean Bulk Specialist to manage end-to-end ocean bulk shipments, ensuring smooth operations, regulatory compliance and excellent customer service. You will coordinate closely with customers, carriers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver operational excellence while supporting Flexi-Tank, ISO Tank, and other liquid bulk logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ocean bulk shipment operations.
• Coordinate Flexi-Tank, ISO Tank and liquid bulk logistics solutions.
• Serve as the key contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, documentation and operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory, equipment planning and shipment forecasts.
• Manage vendor coordination, billing accuracy and cost control.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Experience in Ocean Freight, Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ocean freight processes, documentation, shipment coordination and operational requirements.
• Familiarity with CargoWise One (CW1) is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
