- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead client engagement initiatives and contribute to business development.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the Kuala Lumpur team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Drive employee engagement, professional development, and talent acquisition.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Kuala Lumpur region.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Partnership Management:
- Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including Odoo, to enhance collaboration and business success.
- Represent the company in industry events and forums.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the Odoo ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore and Kuala Lumpur market.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo/other ERP solutions.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
