Job Description

Position Overview: As the Director for Kuala Lumpur region, you will be a key driver in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of our client's business in the region. Reporting directly to the executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, building strong client relationships, and fostering growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute strategic goals for the Kuala Lumpur region.
    • Provide strategic insights to enhance market positioning and business expansion.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
    • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Lead client engagement initiatives and contribute to business development.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and inspire the Kuala Lumpur team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
    • Drive employee engagement, professional development, and talent acquisition.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Kuala Lumpur region.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Partnership Management:
    • Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including Odoo, to enhance collaboration and business success.
    • Represent the company in industry events and forums.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the Odoo ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore and Kuala Lumpur market.
  • In-depth knowledge of Odoo/other ERP solutions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
