  • Attend to all miscellaneous customer related matters
  • Attend to all external party inquiry related to Auto Finance product, eg, audit confirmation, insurance claim etc
  • Attend to customer complain via various channel
  • Attend to e-batal/discharge of charge for settled account
  • Attend to payment reversal of customer account Updating of register and status of complain/Inquiry
