OFFICER

Responsibilities

Farm Data & Record Keeping
- Maintain precise digital logs of daily farm activities (planting, chemical applications, harvesting).
- Update crop yield, production metrics, and livestock data in our management system.
- Organize and archive compliance certificates, farm licenses, and safety documents.
Inventory & Supply Control
- Monitor stock levels for essential inputs like seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and tools.
- Prepare purchase orders and liaise with vendors to ensure timely supply replenishment.
- Track the movement of materials to prevent waste and optimize resource usage.
General Admin & Payroll Support.
- Process supplier invoices, utility bills, and expense receipts accurately.
- Manage worker attendance logs, shift schedules.
- Compile weekly and monthly operational reports to PIC
Operational Support & Communication
- Order farm inputs such as seeds, feed, fuel, and equipment maintenance parts.
- Serve as the main contact point for external vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Assist management with general office tasks like filing, correspondence, and report generation.
Communication, Logistics & Errands
- Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers, wholesalers, and transport partners.
- Coordinate logistics schedules to ensure fresh produce reaches buyers efficiently.
- Travel to local town offices, banks, or suppliers to pick up parts, submit paperwork, or handle urgent farm errands.

Requirements

Education :
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Experience: 1â€2 years of administrative experience (experience in agriculture, logistics, or manufacturing is highly preferred).
Language Requirements
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with local farm workers and corporate partners.
- Ability to speak Mandarin or other languages or local dialects is a strong advantage for dealing with specific wholesalers and vendors.
Mobility & Licensing
- Must possess a valid driving license (Class D and B2/B).
- Must have its own personal transport (car and motorcycle) to travel between different farm plots, suppliers, and government agencies.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
