Job Description
Job Scope
1. Manage canteen and café operations, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with Food Act 1983, KKM requirements, Social Compliance Standards, Employment Act 1955, and company 5S standards
2. Conduct internal audits on canteen operations to ensure adherence to Malaysian regulations, laws, and company standards
3. Implement preventive and corrective actions for any findings related to compliance and regulatory requirements
4. Process invoices and claims, including meal vouchers, coupons, and catering, in a timely manner
5. Arrange and manage transportation operations, maintain accurate records, and liaise with vendors to ensure bus suitability for travel
6. Review documentation and process monthly invoices to transport service providers
7. Manage vendor-related matters for canteen, café, and other local administrative services, and handle employee queries related to these services
Qualification and Experience
1. Diploma in Business Studies, Management, Communication, Human Resources, or equivalent
2. Minimum 3–4 years HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
3. Knowledge of HR procedures, policies, and labour legislation (e.g., NDA, Code of Conduct, ILO, 5S)
4. Experience in compliance auditing, customer audits, social audit compliance, 5S audits, and HR service quality management
5. Experience in contract and vendor management
6. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with operational excellence practices
