Officer, HSE/MHE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive MHE training programs, ensuring participants understand MHE operation, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures.
• Monitor trainee performance, maintain records, and continuously improve training methods to foster a strong safety culture and enhance the proficiency of MHE operators.
• Ensure total conformance and compliance of the sector in-care to organization OSCP's / safety standard, HSE legal related requirements and Other requirements that will lead to achievement of HSE KPIs.
• Injury Prevention and administrative support activities, including conducting risk assessments, crisis mgt support.
• Actively track and report on WHS committees are holding monthly meetings where possible, participate, lead and provide guidance to members of the WH&S committees at each site and monitor overall performance of such committee meetings happen as part of our DHL safety culture.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year working experience in the logistics / supply chain industry with background in operations and team management.
• Possess any competency in Safety (OSH C, SHO) in is an advantage
• Posses good understand and knowledge on HSE regulatory/ legal compliance in Malaysia.
• Knowledge in ISO 45001 Management System.
• Good understanding with the MHEs operation in technical knowledge
• Conducting Training skills (facilitation, coaching, and auditing skills)
  Supervisory skills to manage the deployment of all the programs related to the MHE training, including coordination with sites
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Offices to analyze data.
