Job Summary:
To assist in the ERP Project for the STP Workstream on procurement data clean-up covering products and suppliers to ensure standardization of the global database as per Shangri-La standards and requirements.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Product and supplier data clean-up for ERP data migration.
- Inputting the product and supplier data into the system to check the completeness of the data.
- Communicate with all hotels for processing the data by gathering and organizing the correct data into the system database.
Requirements:
- A University/Higher Diploma graduate is preferred
- Proactive, self-discipline and team player who is dedicated to working in a challenging group-wise environment
- Candidates with Hospitality Industry background, especially those competent in Procurement product knowledge, are preferable
- Basic computer knowledge is a must
- Computer literacy in MS Office, especially strong in MS Excel 2007 or above
- Good in both spoken/written English and Mandarin
