Responsibilities

. Lead executions and planning for unique customer delivery request as needed. This includes tracking delivery as well as communicate timely on progress to customer's LOM and relevant stakeholders.  

. Play a critical role in managing stakeholders communication and carry out flawless execution in order to maximize customer's revenues and prevent customer's production impact.  

. Execute robust document archiving process (On-Site specific) and meet customer's record keeping and legal requirements.  

. Support to obtain import MITI permit as needed and follow compliance requirement to record and manage shipments.  

. Manage all incoming shipping documents information by capturing key information into SPT system and scan image related to customs shipping documents.  

. Perform SAP CIPL for customer according to requirements base requirement.

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any related field/industry of Supply Chain/Transportation/Logistics.  

. Preferably with at least 2 year experience in Transport operations environment.  

. Computer literate.  

. Good communication skills.  

. Must be able to multitask.
