The Mission: Own and Grow Our Corporate & Events Channel.
This is not a generic events job. You will be the owner of our strategic offline channel, tasked with prioritizing and executing a clear plan:
- Corporate Partnerships(Primary Focus): Build relationships with HR teams to secure invites to high-margin staff carnivals.
- Premium Mall Activations:Pitch and secure placements in curated bazaars organized by quality malls.
- Strategic Food Fairs:Identify and execute at high-traffic fairs with the right booth economics.
- Select Bazaar Partnerships:Engage only with organizers that align with our brand and profitability goals.
You will be trained to think like a channel managerfocusing onprofitability over volumeandrelationship-building over one-off sales.
You will learn to:
- Develop Channel Strategy:Qualify and pursue opportunities based on a clear profitability framework.
- Lead Outreach & Partnership:Craft pitches, negotiate terms, and build lasting relationships with corporate HR and mall management.
- Execute Flawlessly:Plan logistics, manage inventory, lead on-ground setup, and oversee a team of promoters.
- Manage the P&L:Track sales, costs, and most importantlychannel operating profit, which is your ultimate scorecard.
