Offshore Tubing Technician

Offshore Tubing Technician:

Technicians must be qualified in Hy-Lok tubing systems, specialized in the assembly, connection, and testing of small diameter instrumentation tubing.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with:

• Hy-Lok double-ferrule fittings
• Equivalent brands commonly used in industrial instrumentation systems: Swagelok, Parker, Gyrolok, DK-Lok

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, connection, and testing of instrumentation lines
• Work on impulse lines, pneumatic/hydraulic control lines, and sampling lines
• Handling and bending 316L stainless steel tubing (1/4 to 1/2)

Contract details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Offshore Brazil
• Rotation: 45 days on site / 45 days off
• Working schedule: 12 hours/day, 7 days/week
• Contract type: 6-month + 6 month, extendable contract
