Why does this job exist and why is it critical

Campaign Execution & Channel Support

  • Execute ATL and BTL campaigns in alignment with channel strategies and priorities.
  • Work closely with Product and GTM teams to support campaign rollout.
  • Tailor activations across channels (e.g. dealer, business, inside sales) to maximise effectiveness.

Activation & Market Reach

  • Drive execution of events, roadshows, and ground activations to increase market reach.
  • Support channel teams in delivering impactful customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns effectively generate leads and support conversion.

Brand & CI Compliance

  • Ensure all marketing collaterals adhere to corporate identity (CI) guidelines.
  • Review and approve creatives with internal stakeholders and agencies.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

Campaign Performance & Optimisation

  • Monitor campaign performance (e.g. CTR, conversions, engagement).
  • Analyse results and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.
  • Track cost efficiency and support optimisation of campaign ROI.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with external vendors (event agencies, media partners) for campaign execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing outputs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Post-Campaign Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct post-campaign and post-event analysis.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, ROI, and budget utilisation.
  • Provide insights to improve future campaigns and activations.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, campaign execution, or activation roles
  • Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing
  • Good analytical skills to track and optimise campaign performance
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timeline
