On-Trade Manager (Malaysia) – Remote Contract

We're partnering with a leading global premium consumer brand company to appoint an On-Trade Manager to drive growth across Malaysia.

The Role

You'll be responsible for driving distribution growth, managing key on-trade accounts (bars, hotels, restaurants), and ensuring strong execution of commercial strategies across Malaysia—particularly in Kuala Lumpur.

Working closely with distributor partners and regional stakeholders, you'll play a key role in scaling the brand's presence and performance in the on-trade channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive on-trade distribution and revenue growth across Malaysia
• Manage and influence distributor performance and key account relationships
• Develop and execute commercial plans aligned with regional strategy
• Build flagship accounts to strengthen brand visibility
• Partner with marketing teams to deliver impactful activations
• Track performance and lead regular business reviews with partners

What We're Looking For

• Experience in FMCG / spirits / beer / premium consumer goods
• Strong background in on-trade (HORECA) channel
• Proven track record in distributor and key account management
• Commercially sharp with a focus on execution and results
• Comfortable working remotely while managing in-market stakeholders
