Job Description

OnBase Developer

Location : KL, Malaysia (Local)

Position : Contract (Possible to converted to Permanent)

We are looking for a skilled OnBase Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions using the OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver document management, workflow automation, and system integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions using the OnBase platform.
Configure OnBase modules including document types, keyword fields, forms, workflows, and business rules.
Integrate OnBase with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and .NET technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OnBase applications, workflows, and integrations.
Support system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
Prepare technical documentation for system design, configurations, and deployments.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Participate in testing, quality assurance, and Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience with OnBase platform development and configuration.
Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, SQL, or Java.
Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and relational databases.
Knowledge of OnBase Workflow Designer, Unity Forms, and Workflow Actions.
Experience integrating OnBase with .NET MVC / .NET Core / REST APIs is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
OnBase certifications (OCASA / OCWA) are a plus.
