Responsibilities:
Website & Marketing Operations
- Execute the setup and QA of marketing-initiated promotions on the .com site, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Manage the searchability of the company's SKUs, categories and brands across all touchpoints on the website.
- Manage the personalisation of the website, leveraging on personalisation SaaS to feature personalised content and develop and execute strategies for product recommendation widgets, identifying high opportunity placements across website pages to drive conversion.
- Review and refine personalisation strategies following implementation.
Search & Personalisation Optimization
- Oversee performance search and personalisation strategies that has been implemented on the website; identify red-flag disruptions and implement immediate corrective actions to prevent negative impact on customer experience.
- Review weekly and monthly on-site keyword search reports and implement optimisation improvements (e.g., ranking, synonyms, merchandising rules) via third party search SaaS.
- Manage the escalation and resolution process for any technical glitches with the company's third party Search & Personalisation SaaS, coordinating with stakeholders to minimise downtime.
Marketplace Operations & Portfolio Management
- Own and manage assigned store marketplace portfolios, including listing accuracy, troubleshooting or issues, and coordination with account managers or the company's stakeholders.
- Create promotions in marketplace seller centres for campaigns, live streams, and key sales events.
- Provide support for ad-hoc SKU creation and listing updates across marketplace platforms as needed.
- Drive onboarding of SKUs on to the marketplace through the gathering and submission of required documents for the marketplaces.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own monthly performance tracking and analysis across marketplace sales, search performance, and product recommendation dashboards/reports for Singapore and Malaysia.
- Support in any key projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Communications, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital merchandising.
- Hands-on experience with marketplace seller centres (e.g., Lazada, TikTok, Grab, Foodpanda) is a bonus.
- Familiarity with search and personalisation platforms such as Algolia and Dynamic Yield is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
