Take overall responsibility for the execution, coordination, and successful delivery of projects at site.
Manage all aspects of construction, installation, testing, commissioning, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and other key stakeholders.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with contractual requirements, approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and HSE regulations.
Lead and supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor project progress, manpower utilization, costs, risks, and resource allocation, and prepare regular progress reports.
Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Job Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in power generation, power transmission, renewable energy, solar, utility, or large-scale industrial projects.
Proven experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), construction, installation, commissioning, or operations environments.
Strong knowledge of project execution, construction management, commissioning processes, and site operations.
Familiarity with international engineering codes, industry standards, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
Experience liaising and coordinating with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), government authorities, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Willingness to be based at project site in Pahang and travel as required by project demands.
