Onsite Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Onsite Technician based in Johor Bahru, with some work from home flexibility. The Onsite Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ICT systems, data centers, and connectivity solutions. Key daily tasks include monitoring system performance, performing routine maintenance, and addressing technical issues promptly. The technician will also interact with clients to provide exceptional service and support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in installing and maintaining ICT systems and data centers
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of network rollouts and MEP integration
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in smart infrastructure and IT systems implementation is a plus
