Assist sales personnel with sales inquiries and quotations.
Maintain records and organize the filing system.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Basic or professional certificate in accounting or related fields such as business administration or commercial studies. However open to meet SPM holders who are experienced.
Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Prefer someone who possess knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for the role.
Have no issue to work independently.
Salary Package:- Full Timer: Up to RM 3,900 Basic (Subject to working experiences)- Part Timer (To work on Mon/Wed/Fri, office hour) - Daily Wage of RM 150
