Job Description
OpenText AppWorks (BPM) Developer/Support Analyst with 4 years of experience and good exposure to Finance domain processes (AR, Billing, Accruals). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting workflow-based enterprise applications.
Support finance-related workflows such as:
· Accounts Receivable (AR)
· Billing Processes
· Accrual Calculations & Approvals
§ Work on REST/SOAP APIs integration
§ Perform debugging, issue resolution, and performance tuning
§ Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Participate in UAT and production deployment support
