About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys communication, coordination, and keeping things organized in a fast-moving environment

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing remote team. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day operations of international projects by coordinating with clients, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal team members.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates looking to gain hands-on exposure in international operations, project coordination, logistics, and creative technology projects.

You'll play an important role in ensuring smooth execution across ongoing projects while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

We value initiative, communication, and ownership in a collaborative remote working culture.

This is a fully remote role based in Malaysia.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks and project follow-ups
  • Communicate with international clients, suppliers, and logistics partners via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and online platforms
  • Coordinate shipment updates, logistics arrangements, and project timelines
  • Prepare quotations, shipping updates, and operational documentation
  • Maintain organized project records and ensure smooth communication across ongoing projects
  • Support troubleshooting coordination and operational follow-ups when required
  • Assist with internal administrative and operational tasks
  • Ensure timely and professional communication across all ongoing projects

Who You Are

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 1–2 years of working experience is a plus, but not required
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
  • Able to multitask and manage tasks independently
  • Comfortable working in a remote and fast-paced environment
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with the team
  • Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools

Working Arrangement

  • Fully remote position
  • Five-day work week
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MYT)
