Job Summary
As an Operations Fulfilment Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end logistics and production fulfillment process from inventory management and shipment tracking to overseeing production floor activities such as flower arrangement, quality control, packaging, and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Manage and monitor shipments, including tracking deliveries to ensure adherence to customer expectations.
- Work with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records including receipts, stock on hand, and dispatches and reconciles any discrepancies.
- Optimize transportation routes and modes to reduce delivery time and cost.
- Prepare and analyse logistics reports and KPIs to track performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and performance of logistics service providers.
Production Floor Operations
- Oversee daily production activities across all workstations: flower prepping, arrangement, QC, packaging, and handover.
- Ensure each station is well-staffed, equipped, and operating smoothly without delays or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate closely with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure material readiness before production.
- Supervise workflow, resolve on-the-floor issues in real time, and escalate concerns to the superior when necessary.
- Enforce production standards including cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor and report real-time production performance and daily outputs.
Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, technologies, and operational trends in logistics and production.
Others:
- You may be required to carry out any other ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by management to support overall business and operational needs.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Operations, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in logistics, production, or operations fulfilment (FMCG/e-commerce/retail background preferred).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets; ERP or inventory system experience is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work across departments.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, or extended hours during peak periods.
