Job Scope

• Full-Cycle Sales & Lead Management: You take ownership of the sales process by qualifying leads, conducting product/service demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
• Regulatory & Technical Fulfillment: You translate client needs into actionable projects, specifically handling business licensing (SSM, CIDB, ROS, etc.) and ensuring all technical and legal requirements are met.
• Systems & CRM Coordination: You are responsible for maintaining high data integrity within Odoo CRM, ensuring all client interactions and project milestones are meticulously documented.
• Interdepartmental Liaison: You collaborate closely with the Legal and Tech teams to ensure that the disruptive solutions promised to the client are executed seamlessly and on time.
• Problem Solving & Autonomy: You are expected to proactively identify bottlenecks in the licensing process and develop creative, outside-the-box solutions to keep projects moving forward.

Must Have

• Bachelor Degree or Higher
• Passion for software products
• Perfect written English
• Highly creative and autonomous
• Valid work permit for Belgium

• Experience in writing online content
• Additional languages
• Google Ads experience
• Strong analytical skills
