Operation Manager (F&B Multi Outlets)

Working Days / Hours: 6 working days, at a minimum 7.5 hours a day

Working Location: Bangsar South, FT Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead and drive performance across our growing network of outlets. This role is highly results-driven, with success measured by:

• Driving store sales growth and overall outlet performance.
• Managing labor and operational costs efficiently.
• Achieving and improving store profitability (EBITDA).
• Ensuring strong SOP compliance and consistent service standards.
• Building, leading, and stabilizing a high-performing operations team.
• Demonstrating strong execution on the ground, not just planning.
• Making sound, timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Performing effectively under pressure while maintaining operational excellence.

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma or Degree candidates with strong relevant experience may be considered with SPM qualification.
2. Minimum 5 years of proven multi-outlet F&B operations management experience .
3. Experience managing both Direct Retail (DR) and Franchise operations (with at least 30 outlets) .
4. Strong operational control in SOP, manpower, labor, stock, and outlet discipline .
5. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build teams and uphold brand standards.
6. Hands-on and willing to be actively involved on the ground (not a desk-based role).
7. Capable of managing multiple outlets and teams effectively .
8. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound and timely decisions.
9. Data-driven with good numerical sense, including cost awareness and performance tracking.
10. Strong planning, organization, and sense of urgency in execution.
11. Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
