Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
• Plan and optimize production schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Lead and develop production teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Monitor operational costs, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, quality systems, and operational excellence.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in budget management, resource planning, and cost control.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
