Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, oversee, and manage the overall operations of the Company such as overseeing staff and coordinating with other departments
  • Report to and assist Regional Head in daily tasks and duties
  • Set goals for staff and monitor their progress
  • Analyse and maintain accurate operational data and reports
  • Monitoring stock inventories
  • Monitoring adherence to policies and ensuring compliance
  • Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects, if any.
  • To maintain an up-to-date register of all agencies employee is maintained and to monitor compliance by agencies on submission of such records.
  • To assist in the monitoring of IT services provided by the Security Companies.
  • To assist in determining and reviewing loss incurred (robbery/burglary) at agencies concerned and submit reports timely.

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision & independently.
  • Willing to work in a challenging environment.
  • Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia (but candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking agents)
