Develop, oversee, and manage the overall operations of the Company such as overseeing staff and coordinating with other departments
Report to and assist Regional Head in daily tasks and duties
Set goals for staff and monitor their progress
Analyse and maintain accurate operational data and reports
Monitoring stock inventories
Monitoring adherence to policies and ensuring compliance
Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects, if any.
To maintain an up-to-date register of all agencies employee is maintained and to monitor compliance by agencies on submission of such records.
To assist in the monitoring of IT services provided by the Security Companies.
To assist in determining and reviewing loss incurred (robbery/burglary) at agencies concerned and submit reports timely.
Job Requirements
Min Diploma / Degree in any field.
Able to work under minimum supervision & independently.
Willing to work in a challenging environment.
Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia (but candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking agents)
