Job Responsibility

  • Are you an experienced and compassionate administrator with a knack for managing day-to-day affairs If so, we're looking for someone just like you to join our team and oversee our company's operations with a caring touch
  • As our Operation Assistance, you'll be tasked with managing our daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to document management, interview arrangements, and more. We're counting on you to bring your professional skills to the table and provide support to each member of our team

Job Requirements

  • Experience in administration, capable of handling daily office tasks and managing team members.
  • Compassionate and patient, with a nurturing attitude to handle work-related issues like a caring mom.
  • Proficiency in office tools for basic tasks such as email, documents, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and projects.
  • Effective communication skills with team members and company leaders, open to feedback and suggestions
