Operation & Retail Associate

We are a homegrown fragrance brand specialising in handcrafted home scents, bespoke scent creations, and corporate gifting. We are looking for an organised, proactive individual to support our atelier retail operations, product fulfilment, and corporate client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily atelier operations and deliver warm, professional customer service.

• Support hands-on product making, packaging, stock replenishment, and order fulfilment.

• Handle enquiries from retail customers and corporate clients with prompt, professional service.

• Assist with project coordination, quotations, and general administrative support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 days commitment per week.
• Organised, self-motivated, able to multitask, and meticulous with details.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with iOS and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in retail operations, client servicing, or project coordination is a bonus, but not essential
