- Strong operational control and problem-solving skills for Rework and Return processes
- Ability to manage workforce and monitor daily team performance
- Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional departments
- Capable of handling operational issues and providing timely resolutions
- Support productivity, quality, and process accuracy targets
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure smooth workflow execution and minimize operational delays
- Maintain compliance with operational and safety standards
- Manpower Optimization, Planning, Leadership
- Backlog chasing and SLA monitoring
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 1â€3 years in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Cross-Border E-commerce operations.
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Experience or strong interest in Express or Warehouse Operations, especially Inventory and Claim processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle extended working hours during campaigns
- Willing to work mostly afternoon/night shifts
- Fast response and able to work well under pressure
- Good team coordination and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to manage operational issues and support daily process execution
