Operation Trainer

Job Description

1. Conduct Operator Specific Skill (OSS) training, TWI Job Breakdown Sheet training and BPS training for production operator.
2. Certify operator based on Workplace Appraisal, issue Certification Card and update Operator Training Record
3. Review operator competency and update Skill Matrix.
4. Conduct yearly recertification for production operator and update Certification Card, Training Record.
5. Prepare and update training module and maintain it up to date.
6. Ensure training facility is maintained in good condition.
7. Arrange and support TWI training for production operator.
8. Support skill development program for technician and line leaders with proper tracking records.
9. Improve operation training efficiency by creating systems or processes.
10. Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science Team or any related field
• Minimum 5years in manufacturingenvironment, technical trainer or equivalent
• Good in training skill and presentation skill
• Identify opportunity to improve training delivery.
• A confident communicator, capable of delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences
