Job Description

Job Description:

Identify key operational gaps / improvement opportunities for SPX Xpress First Mile and SPX DOP delivery operations (eg. productivity, average delivery times)
Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented across all First Mile Hubs and SPX DOPs in Malaysia
Analyse data and results, identify opportunities for improvement
Develop dashboards and tools as required
Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)
Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes
Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia
