- Identify key operational gaps and improvement opportunities within SPX Express Operations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to design and project manage initiatives across all hub operations in Malaysia.
- Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and tools as required to monitor and track operational performance.
- Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to derive insights.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Slides, with the ability to assist in managing and analyzing data, creating templates, and preparing presentations.
