Identify key operational gaps and improvement opportunities within SPX Express Operations.
Collaborate with the operations team to design and project manage initiatives across all hub operations in Malaysia.
Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement.
Develop dashboards and tools as required to monitor and track operational performance.
Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to derive insights.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Slides, with the ability to assist in managing and analyzing data, creating templates, and preparing presentations.
