Job Description

Job Description:

  • Identify key operational gaps / improvement opportunities for SPX Xpress delivery operations (eg. productivity, average delivery times)
  • Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented across all the hubs in Malaysia
  • Analyse data and results, identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop dashboards and tools as required
  • Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)
  • Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes
  • Preferably familiar with the last mile delivery process
  • Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia
