Operational Excellence - Warehouse Fulfillment Project (Bukit Raja, Klang)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Ideate and develop high-impact projects/initiatives to improve Shopee's fulfillment warehouse operations productivity and efficiency, leading to operational cost savings.

• Strategically create and implement detailed project execution plans, methodically addressing all operational challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement WMS-driven improvements, contributing to overall operational excellence.

• Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to execute projects, ensuring projects are meeting the intended objectives, completed timely and within allocated budget/resources.

• Health check Warehouse Operations team daily operational KPIs, flagging operational issues/risks, and develop temporary workarounds and long term solutions to de-bottleneck challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, supply chain, or any related qualification.

• Fresh Graduates are welcomed. Working or internship experience in project management in the e-commerce, supply chain or similar industry is a plus point.

• Result-driven and hands-on in solving ground operational issues

• Analytical, detail-oriented and number-driven. Able to analyze data and derive relevant, data-backed insights.

• Communicate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, in both verbal and written form of communications.

• Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel.

• Willing to commute and based in Bukit Raja, Klang.

• Fluency in BM and Mandarin is a plus point.
