Job Description

SUMMARY:

We are looking for a reliable Operations Admin Assistant to support our operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, hold at least a diploma, and be able to handle various administrative and operational tasks efficiently.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY: OPERATIONS ADMIN

1. Administrative Support

  • Perform daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing documents.
  • Organize and order office supplies.

2. Operations Support

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating technician activities.
  • Prepare technician report/form including Service Report, Daily Job, Incentives Claim Form and any other forms related
  • Keep accurate records of operations activities in the Pestpro system.
  • Monitor job progress and update the system accordingly.
  • Assist Operation Department to monitor the equipment's, vehicles and chemicals stock.
  • Assist Operation Department to do ordering from supplier.

3. Communication

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the operations team.

4. Data Management

  • Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.
  • Generate and manage reports related to operations activities.

5. Documentation

  • Prepare and manage documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain organized records of all operations-related documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in business administration, office management, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Great multitasker and ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and agile towards change
  • Able to start immediately
