Job Description
Operations Administration
Support daily operational administrative tasks and documentation
Maintain and update operational trackers, reports, and dashboards
Ensure data accuracy across Google Sheets / Excel
Assist with order processing, status updates, and exception tracking
Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
Control Tower Operations
Monitor order flow, fulfilment, and delivery status
Track SLA performance, missed cases, and pending breach risks
Identify operational exceptions and escalate issues promptly
Support daily control tower reporting and performance summaries
Assist in coordination between operations, warehouse, and transport teams
General Support
Perform data validation and basic analysis for reporting
Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by the operations team
Support audits, reconciliations, and operational reviews
Assist with any other operational tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Description
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Supply Chain / Logistics
- Operations Management
- Information Systems / Data Analytics or related fields
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
