Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure eAicient, smooth workflow across departments.

Monitor operational KPIs and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve eAiciency and consistency.

Manage logistics such as daily receiving, sorting, packing, quality, and shipping processes.

Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts and fix inventory mistakes.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including transporters, procurement, finance, and sales teams.

Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to support business goals.

Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Resolve operational issues and troubleshoot process bottlenecks in a timely manner.

Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, risks, and opportunities.

Support budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation for operational activities.

Train and mentor junior team members, ensuring alignment with company standards and expectations.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in a production related field or any other discipline.

More than 3 years of related experience in Packaging, Printing & Manufacturing Environment.

Knowledge of Production Process & Planning.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in MS OAice Suite and familiarity with ERP or operations software systems.

Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
