Job Description
Operations Executive (Licensing & Compliance industry)
This role is intended for early-career professionals with 1–2 years of working experience.
Role Description
We're looking for a sharp, organised Junior Operations Executive who enjoys bringing order to complexity and making regulatory and licensing projects actually run smoothly (yes, it's possible ).
You'll work closely with our Business Development Manager, Account Manager, and trusted vendors to turn approved scopes and internal plans into real, completed outcomes. Not just ideas sitting in a file.
From reviewing requirements and preparing documents, to submissions, follow-ups, and coordinating with government departments, you'll own the licensing journey end-to-end. All the way until approvals are secured and our clients are legally ready to start operating. You're basically the behind-the-scenes engine that makes businesses launch properly.
Because this is regulatory work, details matter. A missed attachment, wrong form, or late submission can mean delays or penalties. If you love checklists, clear processes, and the satisfaction of getting things done correctly and on time, you'll enjoy this role. Strong written communication in Bahasa Malaysia is required to communicate with local authorities.
This role is perfect for someone who values clarity, precision, and wants to grow into a solid operations and compliance professional by working on real, hands-on regulatory projects.
